What is the certification process?
The Digitally Well Workplace certification process includes an internal culture audit, virtual leader interview, and short employee survey.
How long does it take?
Initial application = 45 minutes
Leader interview = 1 hour
Employee survey = 15 minutes
Debrief = 1 hour
TOTAL = 2 hours

Is the Workplace Certification for entire organizations or for teams?
Both! Organizations can choose to apply for individual teams or as a whole.
When will selected teams be notified?
The deadline to apply is Friday, March 18, 2022 at 11:59pm CST. Selected teams will be notified by March 25th with next steps.
If selected, is certification guaranteed?
All applicants receive the designation of "Aspiring Digitally Well Workplace," but only companies that score high enough will be awarded the Bronze, Silver, or Gold Certifications.
